I am trying to find a source for construction loan financing. I live near a military base that is undergoing expansion and will be adding several thousand people to the payroll in the near future. I own some lots within 10 miles of the military base that are paid for but I have not been able to get construction financing for spec. houses. Are there government loans or grants avaiable?
